The Board of Directors of Bhavik Enterprises Limited in its Board Meeting held today i.e. 26.05.2026 have inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31st 2026 along with Auditors Report thereon as enclosed herewith as Annexure-A 2. Appointment of M/s Mittal & Associates Chartered Accountants as the internal auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27. 3. Recommendation of re- appointment of Ms. Jeny Vinod Kumar Gowadia (DIN- 03014009) Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years from FY- 2026-2027 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 4. To approve related party transactions for the half year ended as on 31.03.2026.
