25-May-2026 | Source : BSEFurther to our Letter dated 13.05.2026 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. May 25 2026 has approved the following: a) Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2026. b) Approval of Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company. c) Approval of Report of Board of Directors Annual Report and annexures thereto for the Financial Year 2025-26. d) The Board took on record the case for additional compensation in respect of the compulsory acquisition of land before the Honble Supreme Court which was disposed off on 09th February 2026 and remanded back to the High Court and based on the request for mediation the Honble High Court of Karnataka has referred the case to the Karnataka Mediation Centre on 06th April 2026. The meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. from the Registered Office of the Company and concluded at 01.55 P.M.
