Clarification Regarding Non-Filing Of Annual Disclosure Of Large Corporate For FY 2025-2026
06-Jun-2026 | Source : BSEWith reference to the captioned subject we would like to submit that the Company has examined the applicability of the provisions relating to Fund raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates prescribed under SEBI Circular 19th October 2023. In this regard Company does not satisfy the eligibility criteria specified under Paragraph 3.2 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular as on 31st March 2025 and accordingly the Company does not fall within the category of a Large Corporate for the purpose of the said framework. Accordingly the requirement relating to submission of Annual Disclosure for Large Corporate for F.Y. 2025-2026 is not applicable to the Company. We request you to kindly take the above clarification on record and treat the non-filing trigger if any as complied with in view of the non-applicability of the said provisions.
